The scope of work includes site work and grading for a pre-fabricated pavilion structure, playground, and ADA parking improvement. The Project consists of the construction as described in the drawings and project manual: 1. Proposed work for Community Park includes site work and preparation for a new parking area, sidewalk, playground, and prefabricated pavilion structures. A. Scope of construction work is shown on drawings and specified in other sections. B. Civil: earthwork, fencing, sidewalks, and drainage structures/systems, C. Notice: In no event is a product to be used in this project known to contain any hazardous or toxic waste or material, radioactive materials, or other contaminants, the removal of which is required or the maintenance of which is prohibited, regulated or penalized by any local, state, or federal agency, authority or governmental unit. If any product is inadvertently specified which contains such materials, it is the Contractor's, subcontractor's and supplier's obligation and duty to advise the Architect/Engineer of this fact prior to the ordering and/or installing of the product or material The project has an expected duration of 150 days. Prospective bidders are instructed to refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for requirements regarding bid submission, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will only be offered through the A2H Planroom. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list will not be opened.
