These specifications are for a new fence for the Town of Colonie's Pruyn House. The new fence shall be: - high aluminum black, commercial grade product with no "press points and all pickets capped flat on top". - There shall not be any gates within the design. -The amount of fencing required is 256 lineal feet of 4 ft high commercial grade fencing in black aluminum with all posts (2 1/2 "x 2 1/2 ") set in concrete with pickets 3/4 "square. - The project includes the removal and haul away of the old fence and working with the town to identify any irrigation lines crossing the area where the fence is to be installed. - The project needs to be complete by April 30, 2026. -Please see separately posted drawings for additional specifications and information.
