Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform and complete the Brickyard Athletic Complex Remediation Project, Contract 2024-408. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and noted material for the summary of work. Bidders must be qualified by experience and properly equipped to complete the specified work within the allotted time for Substantial Completion by June 30, 2026. Bidders must provide a complete list of all projects within the previous three years, details and resolutions of any disputes involving legal counsel, and contact information for Project Owners. Additionally, bidders must submit copies of current certifications for in-house personnel, including Ohio EPA Asbestos Contractor, Supervisor, and Worker Licenses, and OSHA HAZWOPER Training certificates. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, contain the entire bid book with all addendums, and be completed using the City-provided form. Required documents include a bid guarantee, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Statement of Bidder Resources and Experience. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for Medina County, Ohio, and no bid may be withdrawn within 60 days of opening except as provided by law.
