Renovation of a stadium in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade stadium.
Sealed bids are requested for the Fieldhouse Fire Alarm System Replacement, PPA No. 23-0928. Bids must be submitted on the form provided within the contract documents. Contract documents may be obtained from Montana State University Facilities Management or from their website. Bids equal to or greater than $150,000 must include bid security amounting to 10% of the total bid, in compliance with State of Montana requirements. The successful bidder must, after award, furnish approved Performance Security and Labor & Material Payment Security, each covering 100% of the contract amount for projects equal to or greater than $150,000. Work is to commence after receipt of the Contract for Construction and must be substantially completed within 365 consecutive calendar days. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly review the contract documents prior to bidding.
