The existing building and swimming pool, including their concrete foundations, will have been demolished prior to the start of work by other contractors. The work must be completed by 15 December 2026 at the latest, with the exception of the commissioning of the swimming pool filtration and pumping systems, which must be carried out in spring 2027 and completed by 15 June 2027 at the latest.
