Reference number: 20108708 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-12-29 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 7 The project essentially consists of redoing the exterior cladding on most of the front facade of the Cegep de Thetford. For the westernmost block, the project involves replacing the exterior cladding and windows. For the easternmost block, the project involves modifying the volume and replacing the exterior cladding. In addition, a few openings will be replaced. Finally, the project includes demolishing the library's facade wall and rebuilding it closer to the traffic lane in order to expand the interior of the library and take advantage of the existing roof structure. The work described in the plans and specifications for Lot 1 and Lot 2 is INCLUDED in this call for tenders. The contract will be awarded based on the sum of the amounts for each of the two lots. The breakdown in the schedules is for informational purposes only for the public body. Delivery on 14 August 2026.
