A-32), authorizing it to engage in surety insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Trust and Savings Companies Act (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46), otherwise the bid will be automatically rejected. The work must be carried out between 25 June 2026 and 28 August 2026.
