Reference number: 20109474 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-12 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 Site visit A non-mandatory site visit (there will be no other opportunity to visit) will begin on 14 January 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Polyvalente de Thetford Mines school, 561 St-Patrick Street, Thetford Mines, Quebec, G6G 5W1, in the presence of the engineering and architecture firms and a representative of the owner. Work period and occupants The work must be carried out between 25 June 2026 and 28 August 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond representing 10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque valid for forty-five (45) days, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (R.S.Q., c. A-32), authorising it to engage in surety insurance, a trust company holding a licence issued under the Trust and Savings Companies Act (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act
