Berry Housing Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide bids for renovation to an apartment recently damaged by water. The apartment may be inspected during normal Berry Housing Authority operating hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM. Inspection appointments should be made 48 hours in advance with the Executive Director. All bids shall be turned in by 10:00 AM Friday, December 5, 2025. Attention is called to the requirement that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project, and the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Berry Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
