PSC: B599 - Special Studies/Analysis - Other. Scope of Work: Provide all management, labor, equipment, travel, supplies, and materials to perform relief well pumping on up to 174 relief wells at the Chena River Lakes Flood Control Project. Contractor must submit a Draft Work Plan and Accident Prevention Plan before starting work. Tasks include: Brushing well screens. Air surging. Sediment removal (organics, fines, sand, gravel). Step drawdown tests to determine well efficiency and optimum pumping rates. Compliance with Engineer Manual 1110-2-1914 and ASTM D4043-17 standards. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
