Stage II invitation to bid for Department of Workforce Services Fire Panel Replacement Project #26196920. Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I prequalification for contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM prequalified contractors list are eligible to bid. A mandatory meeting will be held for all prime contractors wishing to bid, who must attend and sign in to be eligible. Subcontractors and suppliers may attend but are not required. During the meeting, a presentation will be made describing the overall scope of work and intended project schedule, with opportunities for questions and clarifications. Requests for information and questions must be submitted via the U3P website by the specified deadline. Product approvals for equivalents require written approval prior to the specified date if restrictive descriptive materials are involved.
