Renovation of a medical facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.

Replace the existing building transformers with new transformers and grounding. Construction Cost Estimate: $96,000. Pre-qualification requirements: Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following but not limited to Replacing outdated transformers in building a. Demolishing/removing and disposing of existing transformers and replacing with new. b. Testing building power quality before and after installation. 2. Providing effective grounding system. 3. Fire proofing existing electrical rooms.
