Site work and paving for a civil project in New Vienna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of the following: * Installation of approximately 1160 LF of 8-inch PVC water main in pavement by open cut * Installation of nine (9) 8-inch gate valves * Installation of three (3) fire hydrant assemblies * Five (5) connections of installed water main to existing water mains * Re-establishment of approximately twenty-two (22) 3/4-inch service connections * 500 SY of roadway pavement restoration * Add alternate #1 includes roadway full-width asphalt 1 mill & overlay All workmanship and materials. Project construction for this contract shall be completed within 270 days after the date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed. bidders shall accompany their BIDS with a Bid Guaranty in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the maximum amount bid or a Certified Check or Cashiers Check for 10% of the bid for a period of sixty (90) calendar days after the bid date and in accordance with ORC 153.54. The Village of New Vienna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, delete any portion or portions thereof or to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
