Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Auburn, Alabama. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

No definite date for the rebid.** The project is for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of pedestrian bridges for the Town Creek Trail Extension. The scope includes the design, fabrication, finishing, and transport of two pedestrian bridges (one 72 x 6, and one 26 x 6) to a specified location. Bidders must submit sealed bids on provided forms, include documentation of a State contractors license (with all necessary classifications), and ensure their bid envelope is properly marked. The successful bidder must comply with specified US sourcing requirements, insurance standards (including general liability, automobile, and workers compensation coverages at defined limits), and indemnification obligations. Compliance with E-Verify and non-boycott certifications is required, as well as acquisition of applicable business licenses and permits. The City of Auburn reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, and waive informalities.
