The City of Bismarck is seeking bids to provide Concrete Street Light Poles. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the City of Bismarck and in accordance with the specifications and conditions outlined. The sealed bids must be endorsed with "Bid to Provide Concrete Street Light Pole" along with the name and phone number of the person, firm, or corporation submitting the bid. A bid bond or certified check (if the bid bond is less than $10,000) in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount bid must be attached in a separate envelope labeled “Bid Bond.” Bids should be made on a cash payment basis for equipment delivered to the City of Bismarck Public Works Department. There will be deductions of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per calendar day for delayed delivery, charged as liquidated damages. The City reserves the right to hold all bids for forty-five (45) days, reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, or accept those bids determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bismarck. All bidders are invited to attend the opening of proposals. Specifications and proposal blanks may be obtained from the City website or from the Public Works Service Operation.
