Renovation of a recreation facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.

The project involves updating flooring, minor remodeling and adding a wall for a new customer service counter, and making interior upgrades. There will also be minor new power and data locations along with adjustments to existing lighting. Separate bids will be received for the General Contract, Electrical Contract, or a Single Prime General Contract including all portions of the work, either separately as listed or combined at the bidder's option. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidder's Bond equal to five percent of the full bid amount, executed by the bidder as principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State. Cash, cashier's checks, or certified checks will not be accepted. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids as provided by North Dakota Century Code Section 43-07-07. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the bond and licensing provisions; deficient bids will be re-sealed and returned immediately. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to hold all bids for a period of 30 days after the bid opening. Project will be constructed under single contracts. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
