The project involves tying-in to and extending existing water and sewer mains, which includes installing 940 LF of 6" water main, 4 each 6" gate valves and boxes, 1 flushing valve, 930 LF of 10" sanitary sewer lines (gravity), 16 vertical feet of new stainless steel manholes, construction/traffic signage, miscellaneous sitework, erosion control, and related work as shown on the drawings, described in the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Bids shall be submitted for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the designated issuing office by paying a deposit and can receive a full or partial refund based on the condition and return of documents within the specified time after bid receipt. Only complete sets of bidding documents are available from the issuing office. Electronic bids are accepted via the specified online platform. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Bid security must be furnished as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders.
