Remodeling of an office development in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade office development.

The purpose is to solicit offers from qualified firms to provide professional services and necessary equipment to modernize the aged audiovisual (AV) systems in multiple conference rooms in the Katcho Achadjian Building located at 1055 Monterey St. San Luis Obispo, CA 93408.
