The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, specified supplies, transportation, services, equipment, and other incidentals necessary and reasonably essential to perform the Custodial Services outlined in the Custodial Services Contract for the Terminal Building and Concourses, on a square footage basis. This includes the entirety of the Terminal Building and Concourses (interior and exterior, secured and unsecured), such as the Shuttle Station, International Arrivals Facility, TSA checkpoint, Market Place, Authority offices, leased spaces, designated parking areas under the terminal, and areas adjacent to the Ramp (Central Utility Plant, Loading docks, Compactor areas, Triturator Facilities, Waste receptacles, restrooms, common hallways, and walkways exterior to the Terminal Building and Concourses), totaling approximately 996,074 sq. ft. of cleanable square footage and 188,954 sq. ft. of windows and glass surfaces. An additional approximately 243,533 cleanable square feet will be added with the opening of Concourse A in July 2028. MNAA seeks a partner to bring innovation and creative cleaning solutions to drive efficiency and savings. The Authority can give written notice of changes, additions, or deletions of contract areas and may modify cleaning schedules and requirements as needed by amendment to the contract. Proposers must register on the e-bidding platform prior to downloading the proposal, scan and upload all required documents, ensure an Authorized Signer executes the proposal, review all RFP documents, and submit proposals on the provided Proposal Form. Proposers may submit non-electronic proposals only with written authorization from MNAA. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, accept advantageous proposals, and negotiate changes with the successful proposer.
