Millerstown Borough is requesting bids for the 2025 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project Contract No. 2025-01. The work generally consists of cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 3,700 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, 53 lateral reinstatements, and rehabilitation of 6 sanitary sewer manholes. Alternate No. 1 includes cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 1,350 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, 20 lateral reinstatements, and associated work. Alternate No. 2 comprises the rehabilitation of 10 sanitary sewer manholes, and all related materials, equipment, labor, and necessary apparatuses. The project site is within the Borough of Millerstown. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than 10% of the bid is required. Questions must be submitted via PennBID. Telephone inquiries are not accepted. Bidders must comply with state antibid-rigging regulations and submit an executed non-collusion affidavit. All bids must remain irrevocable for 60 days after opening unless specified exceptions apply. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies.
