The Town of Falmouth seeks proposals from qualified developers for the development and ongoing management of affordable housing on two contiguous Town-owned parcels of land at 0 Locustfield Road. The purpose is to select a developer with demonstrated experience and capacity to develop and manage a rental and homeownership housing development that addresses the needs and goals of the Town of Falmouth. The Town anticipates that proposers or members of their teams will have successful experience in developing and managing affordable housing and related supportive programs. The property will be transferred in "as is" condition, with the Developer responsible for all improvements and compliance with applicable state and federal laws. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, waive any informality in procurement procedures as allowed by law, and make the award in the best interest of the Town. All proposals shall be valid for a minimum period following the submission date. The Town may cancel the RFP, reject all proposals, or extend the due date if it is in the best interest of the Town.
