The Proposal should include the required elements listed below, however trail contractors are encouraged to be creative in their proposals to provide an exciting, inclusive and progressive trail experience for riders of all skill levels. Proposal shall utilize the trail orientation and general recommendations of the MadCATR Design. Contractors are encouraged to be creative in presenting their most progression-oriented and inclusive proposal.
