The Missoula Redevelopment Agency (MRA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional community engagement, planning, design, engineering services that will culminate in an update to the North Reserve-Scott Street Master Plan in Missoula, Montana. The study area includes the North Reserve-Scott Street Urban Renewal District and the area located in Missoula County between North Reserve Street and Scott Street, south of Interstate-90, and north of West Broadway Street. The Master Plan update will provide the MRA and City with current strategies, tools, and actions to support redevelopment in the study area and establish a vision to guide new investment in the area. The expected initial contract term with the selected consultant is likely about six months. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
