University of Utah Health is examining several alternatives of providing this service and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement or to proceed with a purchase. U Health is requesting contractor services for the installation of ceiling tiles throughout the designated building areas. This work is part of a facility refresh initiative aimed at improving aesthetics, acoustic performance, and overall ceiling integrity. All ceiling tile materials will be provided by U Health, and the contractor will be responsible for labor and execution. A mandatory site walk will be conducted to verify floor levels and installation locations, ensuring a complete and accurate scope for the entire building. The material we are going to be providing is ARM1911 Ultima 24"x24" TEG 48SF and ARM1914 Ultima 2X4 TEG 48SF, and the installation area is 55,000 square feet of ceiling between half of the first floor, and all of floors 2, 3, and 4 The University reserves the right to award this bid to the lowest responsive and responsible Vendor who meets the minimum specifications listed on attachment "A". At the Universities option, bid alternatives may be considered as meeting specifications or rejected in full. This bid shall be valid and guaranteed for a minimum of 120 days after Bid Opening.
