Renovation of a mixed-use development in Priest River, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are being solicited for the provision of Fire Alarm System Replacement at Priest River Lamanna Junior-Senior High School. The Contractor is expected to provide all tools, materials, transportation, labor, and equipment required to complete the work. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any bids, waive irregularities, and will be the sole judge of the suitability for the school district. The system must also include automatic fire alarm monitoring connected to the fire department central monitoring system to ensure that emergency services are dispatched quickly and automatically in a fire emergency event. 1.) Design CAD drawings & As-builts - Selected Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the design of the system 2.) Equipment Submittal 3.) Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) approvals to ensure the system's compliance with fire safety codes and standards. 4.) Permits 5.) Purchase of Wire 6.) Wire Installation 7.) Head End, Controls & Power Supplies 11.) Field Device Trim 12.) Software Programming 13.) System Programming 14.) Equipment Start up and Pre-test 15.) System Commissioning 16.)
