Data No: 15009-24-001-2 Question Deadline 04/01/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project consists of replacement of approximately 9,500 lineal feet of gravity and pressure sewer mainline. Installation will encompass deep gravity sewer mainline construction as well as pressure sewer installation via horizontal directional drilling. The proposed construction site is primarily located along the west side of State Highway 57 from Outlet Bay Road to Luby Bay Road as outlined on the construction plans. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The selected Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, materials and incidentals to complete the work. The project is funded by the Outlet Bay Sewer District.
