Work consists of constructing a Snow Removal Equipment Building at Priest River Airport, including all elements necessary to build a pre-engineered metal building (approximate gross size 2,025 sft) for storage of the airport's snow removal equipment. The scope includes associated utility extensions and vehicle access to the roadway. Tasks involve sitework such as surveying, erosion control, excavation, embankment, base course, asphalt paving, stormwater modifications and improvements, utility work, topsoil, seeding, and miscellaneous items. Building-related work includes permitting, foundation and floor concrete, wood or steel framing, erection of trusses, insulation, overhead and man doors, HVAC, roofing, and electrical. Additive alternates cover concrete floor and sewer service, paved approach and access, and water service improvements. Bidders must supply all information required by the Bid Documents and Specifications, include a Bid Guaranty of 5% of the total bid amount, and provide Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
