Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pass Christian, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing materials and labor to perform renovations, modifications, and upgrades to the existing City of Pass Christian sewage lift stations. This work may include but is not limited to: piping and pump replacement; bypass pumping; replacing valves and discharge piping; installation of bypass assemblies; construction of valve vaults; installation of guide rails for pump systems; installation of water services at designated stations; replacement of existing wet well tops; installation of SCADA controls at designated lift stations; other associated site work; and restoration of all disturbed facilities. Existing electrical controls will be removed and replaced with new ones. Bids must be submitted either electronically or in sealed form, clearly marked with the designated criteria. A certified check or bank draft, negotiable U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Bidders must possess a current commercial contractor's license from the Mississippi State Board of Contractors in the appropriate classification. The City of Pass Christian reserves the right to consider multiple relevant factors besides contract price when determining the lowest and best bid and may reject any or all bids or waive informalities. Non-resident bidders must attach laws regarding their state's treatment of non-resident contractors when submitting bids. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids and seek subcontracting opportunities. Bid documents must be purchased and are non-refundable.
