Unified School District No. 501 Desires to Purchase Snow Removal Services for Specific Locations Throughout the District. 4.2) Term of Contract: The Term of This Agreement Shall Be One (1) Year From December 4, 2025 Through December 3, 2026 With Four (4) Additional One (1) Year Renewal Options by Mutual Agreement of the Parties. 4.3) Pricing/price Adjustments: Prices Shall Remain Firm for the Entire Contract Period. Prices Quoted Are to Be the Full Purchase Price to the District Including Charges of Every Kind and Nature. Prices Shall Be Net Delivered, Including All Trade, Quantity and Cash Discounts. Any Price Reductions Available During the Contract Period Shall Be Offered to the District. Failure to Provide Available Price Reductions May Result in Termination of the Contract for Cause. On the Yearly Anniversary Date of This Contract, Costs May Remain at the Existing Contract Price or a Request For Adjustment May Be Made, Either Upward or Downward, Keyed to Industry Changes. Contractor Shall Furnish Documentation at Least 60 Days Prior to Expiration Date to Substantiate Any Claim for Increase. Price Increases Shall Not Exceed Five Percent (5%) of the Existing Contract. Specifications: The Following Specifications Are Intended to Define the Level of Quality and Performance of The Requested Goods and/or Services. Please Indicate Any Deviations From These Specifications in Your Offer. Material Variances From the Bid Specifications May Result in Rejection of Offer. Overview Topeka Public Schools is Seeking Qualified Contractors to Provide on-call Snow Removal Services for Designated Building Entry Areas and Walkways. Snow Removal Services Will Only Be Required When Snow Accumulation Exceeds Six (6) Inches. The District Does Not Require Routine Snow Clearing for Minor Snowfall. The District Reserves the Right to Accept, Amend or Deny Any Such Price Increase. If Parties to the Contract Cannot Agree on Renewal Terms, It is Hereby Understood That the Contract Will Be Rebid.
