Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

Remove identified windows, doors, and hardware and properly dispose of them per the plans. Install new windows, doors, and hardware as specified. Complete all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. Submit all required bid forms and documents as instructed. Carefully review and follow all instructions, including requirements for bid security, bonds, and compliance with specified standards.
