Site work for a water / sewer project in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Work includes: The Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project will require various pipe diameter rehabilitation with CIPP liner, CIPP spot liners, chemical grouting for infiltration mitigation, manhole repairs, and open-cut point repairs. The 2025 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project will require rehabilitating approximately 2,312 linear feet of 8-inch sewer with CIPP liner, approximately 492 linear feet of 15-inch sewer with CIPP liner, and approximately 1,728 linear feet of 18-inch sewer with CIPP liner. In addition, the project will require 9 CIPP short liners, 4 areas of chemical grouting for infiltration mitigation, 3 manhole repairs, and 3 open cut point repairs. The estimated costs of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications for the bid is: Base Bid: $453,724.00
