Description

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Topeka, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Scope of Work : Prepare Concept Plans, Field Check Plans, Utility Field Check Plans, Office Check Plans and Final Plans, Cost Estimates, and Bidding Documents. Prepare Right-of-Way Plans and Legal Documents for the Appraisal and Acquisition of necessary easements. Secure Certificates of Title for those properties from which permanent and/or temporary construction easements will be required. Provide field survey staking for easements to be appraised and acquired. Prepare a Geotechnical Engineering Report for the substructure elements of the proposed bridge. Prepare and submit all necessary applications for permits required by the Corps of Engineers, State of Kansas Department of Agriculture, Division of Water Resources and any other Federal or State Agency with permitting authority over rivers and streams in the State of Kansas.
