Renovation of a water / sewer project in Toledo, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The City of Toledo, Ohio, proposes to contract for progressive design-build (PDB) services for renovations to the Toledo Reynolds Area Pump Station. Statements of qualifications (SOQs) are being sought from firms to provide these PDB services. The Reynolds Area Pump Station, in service since 1970, has pumps that discharge into a 36-inch force main leading to the rebuilt West Side Interceptor. The station was previously renovated in 1993 and 2008, and a 2022 Facilities Plan recommended further upgrades. Excerpts from this plan are included for information purposes. The response format is electronic and includes required forms such as the Vendor Registration Form. The contract type is lump sum, and the project duration is 36 months. No bid bond, payment bond, or performance bond is required. Preferences will be given to MBE and WBE enterprises.
