The City of Toledo, Division of Water of Treatment is seeking a contractor to remove spent lime from lagoon B at the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The contract will include removal work in Lagoon B and shall include removal, hauling and final disposal or beneficial reuse in accordance with applicable permits. The base two (2) year contract will also have the option for up to one (1) one-year renewal. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of a cashier's check/official check on a solvent bank or a bid bond. If using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive.
