Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will reclaim 10 roads throughout the City of Toledo. The work includes replacing all pedestrian ramps on these streets, adding sidewalk to Onondaga Ave, and addressing any lead water services within the project limits. To be considered responsive, bids must include: Construction Project Paperwork; Line Items; Bid Guaranty (bid bond or certified check/cashier's check); Signed Contract by the Vendor; Child Support Affidavit; Bureau of Worker's Compensation Certificate; Tax Exemption Certificate; and Insurance Certificate naming the City of Toledo as an additional insurer. Bid prices are to be provided to two decimal places with only one price per line item. Bid guaranty requirements, including acceptable forms and submission instructions, are provided online. Non-compliance with the bid guaranty will deem the submittal non-responsive. Company and personal checks are not accepted. Additional required City forms and documentation are listed in the bid package instructions, with performance bond and Project Labor Agreement required upon award. Certified payrolls must be submitted to the City two weeks after the project start date, then weekly thereafter. Contractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements.
