1. The Contractor shall obtain a no-fee Construction Permit before commencing construction from the City. 2. Scope of the Work covered by Contract Documents The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as described in detail in the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. Major work components include installation of HDPE sewer mainby pipe bursting, manholes and laterals restoration, trench and pavement restoration and all related work as per plans and specifications. 3. The Contractor shall accept the site and the character ofthe work as they exist on the first day ofwork under this contract.
