Renovation of an educational facility in North Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The work involves roofing at Sand Creek Elementary for the Jennings County School Corporation. Each bid proposal must include all labor, material, and services needed to complete the project in strict accordance with the prepared drawings and specifications. Bidders must include a bid deposit equal to 5% of the total bid, submitted as a bank draft, certified check, money order, or bid bond payable to the Jennings County School Corporation. Bids must be properly and completely executed on Revised Form 96 as required by the Statutes of Indiana and must accompany the sealed Supplementary Bid Form included in the specifications. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty days after the scheduled due date. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informality or irregularities in the bidding.
