Renovation of a municipal facility in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work generally includes: 1. Remove existing generator, exhaust piping, and louvers. 2. Tree removal. 3. Remove existing main disconnect switch, conduit, and cables located within the building. 4. Install new diesel generator, diesel fuel tank, and automatic transfer switch. 5. New electrical service, main disconnect, conduit and cables. 6. Install manual transfer switch and portable generator receptacle cabinet. 7. Board fence. 8. Proposed ice pigging structures. 9. Site restoration. Bid Bond 10% Event Site Walkthrough description : Attendees are required to supply their own Personal Protective Gear for any walk-through. All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Zachary Martinez at martinezz@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Wednesday, December 3, 2025 by 12:00 p.m.
