Site work for a water / sewer project in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the 2026 Ogden Avenue Phase II Water Main Improvements. The purpose of this project is to replace about 3,660 FT of aging and deficient water main on Ogden Avenue (Route 34) from approximately 1,000 FT west of Mill Street up to the intersection of Washington Street. The existing 6" and 10" water mains consist of cast iron pipe installed in the 1940's and ductile iron pipe installed in the 1960's. They will be replaced and upsized to 16" fusible PVC pipe in accordance with City Standards. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Shanel Gayle at qayles@naperville.il.us. Questions requiring a clarification or interpretation of the specifications shall be submitted to the Procurement Department in writing at least five working days prior to the bid opening so that the Procurement Department can issue a written response to all bidders in the form of an addendum.
