Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Electronic bids are requested for the 2026 Vertical Lift at Naperville Central High School, Naperville, Illinois for Naperville Community Unit School District 203. Bids will be received electronically via Bidnet.com. Free vendor registration is required. Bids are to be in accordance with the proposed Contract Documents as prepared by Healy Bender Patton & Been Architects. Bidding documents may be obtained by request from the office of the Architect, and bidders must complete a Registered Plan Holder Record form and a Bidding Documents License Agreement to receive documents and project communications. Bids are for General Contract Work, including all trades. Each bidder must complete the Bidder Responsibility process described in Section 01 00 00 - Bidder Responsibility Criteria by providing required documents with the sealed bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Draft in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full contract amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
