Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work generally includes filling and abandoning the existing 8" sanitary sewer and manholes, and installing approximately 3,500 LF of new 8" sanitary sewers, manholes, and additional 6" sanitary services along Hillside Rd, Willow Rd, Melody Ln, and Maple Ln. The Work also includes driveway removal and patching, pavement patching, curb and gutter removal and replacement, inlet protection, temporary pavement patching, traffic control and protection, and landscape restoration. In addition, the scope includes construction of a new lift station along with associated electrical and civil work.
