Electronic bids will be received for the 2026 Roof Work at Jefferson Jr. High School, Naperville, Illinois, for Naperville Community Unit School District 203. The work must be performed in accordance with the proposed Contract Documents prepared by Healy Bender Patton & Been Architects. Bids are to be submitted electronically via Bidnet.com. Prospective bidders are required to register as a vendor, complete a Registered Plan Holder Record form and a Bidding Documents License Agreement before receiving bidding documents. Bids will be received for General Contract Work, including all trades. Bidders must satisfactorily complete the Bidder Responsibility process described in Section 01 00 00 - Bidder Responsibility Criteria of the Project Manual by providing required documents with their sealed bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Bank Draft, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, payable to the Board of Education. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Work covers complete construction and installation of work specified and/or required, including all trades for the 2026 Roofing Work, Jefferson Jr. High School, Naperville, Illinois for Naperville Community Unit School District 203, Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois, hereinafter called the Owner and is to be constructed in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Healy Bender Patton & Been Architects, 4040 Helene Avenue, Naperville, Illinois, the Architect. B. Products shall be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer recommendations. The Contractor shall review substrates prior to installing products. Installation of products shall represent that the Contractor has accepted the substrates as proper for the installation of products. Substrates which are not acceptable shall be corrected prior to the installation of products.
