This is a request for SF 330 submissions from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) contractors for the build-out of a shelled area within the Primary Care and Women's Health building under Project No. 657A5-26-105. The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR Subpart 36.6, and is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms verified in the Vendor Information Pages database. The selected firm will be chosen based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, and will be required to complete design services within 200 calendar days, including time for VA reviews. Construction services may also be required if a construction contract is awarded. This is not a Request for Proposal, and no award will be made from this announcement. DESIGN TIMEFRAME: A/E shall deliver final construction documents No Later Than (NLT) 200 days after the Award/Notice to Proceed Letter. CONSTRUCTION BUDGET/DESIGN LIMITATION: $10,020,038.
