The University has entered into a CM at Risk Contract with Herrero Builders, Inc. The University is conducting the bid process for the trade Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, and Miscellaneous Demolition for this project. The successful Bidder will enter into a subcontract with Herrero Builders, Inc. and will assume the role of lump-sum subcontractor. Supply and install all CFCI Items Install all OFCI items Supply and install fire extinguishers Supply and install all doors, frames and hardware Supply and install all millwork Install all owner supplied lockers and furniture Supply and install all materials for anchoring of equipment as noted on plans All Rough and Finish Carpentry Supply and install all fireproofing and fire sealants Supply and install all wall and corner protections Supply and install all Coroplast barricades Supply and install all wood blocking/backing as required VCT patching as required Provide one (1) scissor lift for the duration of the project for use by all trades Requirement that bidders commit to properly staff the project to meet the construction schedule Documents are available via the link in the Invitation to Bid.
