Renovation of a water / sewer project in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The objective of the project is to recoat the roof slab at the University Mound Reservoir North Basin. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B and Section 2.01 of Attachment 1. There is no Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Subcontracting Participation Requirement for Contract No. WD-2886. Please contact LBEcert@sfgov.org for information about Chapter 14B LBE Program and how to become certified as an LBE. Bid open : When prompted, enter the meeting Passcode and # key. Bidders are required to pass the Safety Prequalification prior to SFPUC considering their bid submission complete. SFPUC will notify Bidders that have passed the Safety Prequalification prior to or on the date of Bid opening. Refer to Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders, "Bidder Qualifications" and the website listed above for additional information. A Class "A, B, or C-39" California Contractors License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing. the firm name, full address, email address, phone number, copy of contractor's license or business card, and a copy of a government-issued identification A Class "A, B, or C-39" California Contractors License is required to bid. Bidders are hereby advised that the Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded must be certified by the Contract Monitoring Division as being in compliance with the Equal Benefits Provisions of Article 131 of the City's Labor and Employment Code within two weeks after notification of award by the SFPUC General Manager. This Project is subject to the requirements of the San Francisco Local Hiring Policy for Construction ("Policy") as set forth in Section 6.22(g) and Chapter 82 of the Administrative Code. Bidders are hereby advised that the requirements of the Policy will be incorporated as a material term of any contract awarded for the Project. Refer to Contract Section 00 73 30 for more information. If a Bidder objects on any ground to any bid specification or legal requirement imposed by this Advertisement for Bids, the Bidder shall, no later than the 10th working day prior to the date of Bid opening, provide written notice to the Manager, Contract Administration Bureau, setting forth with specificity the grounds for the objection.
