Scope of Work: Modernize two (2) existing service elevators at Building 5 of the San Francisco General Hospital located at 1001 Potrero Avenue. The scope of work includes the replacement and refurbishment of existing elevator equipment, car control panels, and lobby fixtures. CONTRACT DURATION: 550 consecutive calendar days from NTP to Substantial Completion. The Specifications include liquidated damages. Contract will be on a Lump Sum Bid Items basis. Progressive payments will be made. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible responsive bidder. Bid discounts may be applied as per Administrative Code Chapter 14B.
