SCOPE OF WORK Your business name and /or logo will be displayed. Hundreds or thousands of impressions will be generated each year in the promotions at the concerts, walk/runs and community events at the venue. o 15- 20 Concerts each year o 10-15 Charitable Walks o Music Is Art Festival, and other community events. o Buffalo Bills watch party o Summer movie series Your sponsorship will position your company as an engaged community leader, supporting a venue utilized by the public: o You will expose your brand to a cross-section of demographic, geographic, and lifestyle segments which will: o Build brand awareness. o Show support for the community. o Enhance your company's image. o Provide positive publicity. o Build positive associations through special events, community experiences, and memories made at the venue. The sponsor will commit to executing an agreement with ECHDC for a term no less than five (5) years. o Signage development, design and production will be at the sponsor's cost. All sign placements, formatting and design must be approved by ECHDC or their designee, and be in accordance with all municipal approvals, zoning and building code requirements. The naming rights sponsor shall be responsible for contracting and paying for all work relative to the installation of all exterior and interior signage. o Sponsors are encouraged to offer and describe promotional advertising opportunities that may include additional revenue or marketing benefits, which support the venue attendance or attendees. o Example: Adding a digital billboard to the event space with your supplied messages on display for each event. All sign placements, formatting and design must be approved by ECHDC and fit within the ECHDC brand guidelines. As well as when messages are changed out at any time. o Sponsor will be allowed a designated area for a promotional tent, or buildout area for each event of the season, including 3rd party events. Each event set-up varies, placement to be decided by Be Our Guest. o Sponsor must present their seasonal strategy to ECHDC to ensure a complete and integrated use of the name by April 1st of each year before the start of event season, which begins in May. Sponsor is entitled to host a corporate event at least once a year with coordination of the overall event schedule, daily rental fee waived. o Sponsor will be allowed to film any promotional media at the venue. o Sponsor will receive a set amount of Premium & General admission tickets to all Be Our Guests' organized events, this excludes 3rd party events. These tickets can be dispersed at the Sponsor's discretion. o Sponsor will receive limited amount of premium parking spots to Be Our Guests' organized events, this excludes 3rd party events. These tickets can be dispersed at the Sponsor's discretion.
