Payment can be submitted only by company check or money order made payable to the City of Buffalo, Dept, of Public Works, Parks and Streets. It is the intent and purpose of these Contract Documents and accompanying Contract Drawings to describe the work under this contract. The Summary of Work for the rehabilitation ofthe above listed parks includes: a. Riverside Park - Replacement of the existing sports field lighting system. The existing four (4) sports lighting fixtures and concrete pole are to be removed. The foundations of the concrete poles will be cut 2' below grade. The remaining foundation depths and wiring will be abandoned in place. Four (4) new sports lighting poles and LED fixtures will be installed to meet 30 footcandle uniformity. New underground conduits and wiring will be provided and routed around the existing sports field to eliminate field disruption. The pathways and circuitry will come up through a weatherproofjunction box on the exterior ofthe ice arena. The existing panelboard will be disconnected and removed for a new panel and control contractor inside the ice rink on the exterior wall. The CONTRACTOR shall return to original condition, satisfactory to OWNER and ENGINEER, any damaged property, equipment, or facilities caused by the CONTRACTOR'S operations at the CONTRACTOR'S expense. Addenda will be emailed from Avalon Document Services to Bidders listed on the official Plan Holders List. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all Addenda by securely stapling in place all addenda within the front or back covers of the proposal book. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents. Each bidder's attention is called to the General Municipal Law, which requires a bidder's Certification of Non-Collusion. Copies of such Certificates are part of the Proposal Form and, unless complied with, the bid will not be accepted.
