Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Tupper Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

Plumbing hook-up to the property located at 92 Wawbeek Ave., Tupper Lake, NY. Questions may be submitted in writing to Shiela Conners at executivedirector@franklincountylandbankny.org no later than December 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Responses will be shared with all potential bidders. The selected contractor will be responsible for: Attic: Install provided pipingthrough roof for vent stacks as needed. Provide roof boots. o Attic: Cap off 2" and 3" pipes that have been installed for future use. o First to Second floor: Make all connections for domestic water and sanitary sewer lines between first and second floors as shown on attached plans. Basement: Provide all materials and labor to connect to Village water main. 1" copper piping will be stubbed into basement. Coordinate with the Village for installation of a water meter. o Basement: Provide all materials and labor to connect to the Village Sanitary Sewer. 4" sanitary line will be stubbed into basement. o Basement: Provide all materials and make all connections for domestic water and sanitary sewer from stubbed pipes coming from the first floor to the appropriate locations. o Basement: Provide and install new electric domestic water heater 50-gallon capacity. Supply and connect all lines to kitchen and baths. Insulate all hot supply lines with foam insulation. Electrical contractor will be responsible for the electrical installation of water heater. o Group all supply and drain lines so they can be incorporated into a chase at a later date to the extent possible. o Provide freestanding utility sink in laundry location. o Provide and install all new piping for domestic water supply for clothes washer and utility sink in the location shown on the attached plans. o Provide and install sanitary waste lines for washer to connect to Village sanitary sewer. o Cut in clothes dryer vent as per attached plan. o Provide and install 1 frost free hose bibs. The location will be in the band joist of the first floor, on the driveway side, approximately 5' from back wall. o Provide and install water line to icemaker in kitchen. o Ensuring all basement plumbing lines are properly supported, insulated (as needed), and code-compliant. o Pressure test all lines including those in the modular unit at 100 PSI for 3 hours. o Coordinating and scheduling inspections with local code officials. o Providing as-built documentation and final inspection sign-off.
