Renovation of a fire / police facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the renovation of the Fire Alarm Office. Bidders are required to carefully examine the site, become familiar with the conditions affecting the proposed work, and submit a bid for the satisfactory completion of all work in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and contract documents. No additional compensation will be allowed for conditions that were apparent upon examination of the site. Failure to visit the site or to become familiar with all conditions shall in no way relieve the bidder from the necessity of furnishing all materials and performing all work required by the contract documents. OTICE TO PROCEED/CONTRACT COMPLETION All work shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are required to submit bids using current prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Franklin County and the City of Columbus, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division.
